My body is kinda ... squishy. I'm not fat, but there is no definition anywhere on my frame. I'm not looking to do anything dangerous, I know that it's very important to have some fat. I just don't want to look squishy any more.

I used to hate exercise. Really hate it. If I could avoid walking anywhere then I would. I used to force myself to go running in the morning but every time winter came around I just stopped going. Eventually I realised there were other ways to exercise and started trying them out. Zumba was not for me, nor were so many…

Thanks for the advice, I kept trying out new positions until I found one that didn't hurt. On to level 3 now!

Has anyone else had trouble with the plank positions in level 2? I find they hurts my wrists if I stay in them for too long, I keep having to take breaks. Am I doing it wrong or do I just have weak wrists??

Level 1 day 9 today, can't believe I'll be done with level 1 tomorrow! I watched the level 2 workout yesterday and am pretty scared to say the least, I'm not very coordinated and I'm sure I'll fall over at least once. Did anyone else have trouble keeping their balance??

I want to look in the mirror and like what I see. Beating depression made me feel great and strong on the inside, but on the outside I'm still weak and flabby.

I'm 24 and 5'7" also, but I weight a bit more than you at 142. I'm doing the 30 day shred to try and get rid of some inches off various body parts lol. Not too sure about a goal weight, I guess I'll see how I look after I finish 30ds.

Made it to level 1 day 4. It was a bit easier today which was good because yesterday was so tough I was ready to give up. I've decided that for some extra motivation I'm going to write my journey through 30ds in a blog. It's here http://nickyr26.wordpress.com/ if anyone is interested =)

Level one day two for me today. It was much tougher than yesterday. I was sore when I got up and really didn't want to do it, but once I put the DVD on and had Jillian telling me I could do it I managed to push through =). Bring on day three!
