I want to look in the mirror and like what I see. Beating depression made me feel great and strong on the inside, but on the outside I'm still weak and flabby.0

To move with ease. I'm aware that the less excess body fat I am carrying around the easier it is for me to move. Easier to walk up stairs, kayak, hike, swim and run.0

My motivation are all of the people who ever told me that I couldn't do it and that I couldn't lose weight, and how nice it will feel to see their face when I do it.0

All the news in the press and on tv about obese people eating cheap junk food and generally being of a lower social class. This made me mad - I am obese because I love GOOD food. I don't eat take aways very often but I did eat too much of the good stuff so that is why I have got to where I am! I also (this is MY personal feeling) feel that people think less of me because I have "let myself get like this due to no self control and that I am a lesser person. I WANT TO PROVE THEM WRONG!!!!!!0
