myfitness pal will subtract your excersize calories out of your already used calories thus making your allowance higher for that day... Everyone is different but I find that I actually have better results when I eat back about 75% of my expended calories.

I can't say i had Burger King today, But i did slip up and eat some nasty greasey nachos that I knew I shouldnt have yesterday, the most important part me was knowing that I shouldn't have been eating them, and Im sure you felt that way when you ate burger king. Just keep your head up and keep moving and you will do great!!

I started with MFP almost 3 weeks ago and I am loving it. I am amazed at the support of this site and all the awesome people on here. I also think you are right, all the weight seems to be coming out of the mid section right now which i am happy with. Thanks!!

This is cool to see... I am using MFP everyday to track my eating as well and I am following the Eat clean way of doing things which is exactly what you are doing... 5-6 meals at about 200-300 calories each. So far it is working for me and eliminated all snacking that I used to do. Good job!!
