  • Enter bicycling.
  • Anyone get those really odd or strange food cravings? I had the thought today as I went to grab something. I like those frenchs fried onions that people use on the green bean cassorole. I could eat those by the hand-ful. I should learn to just not buy them. Oh, and green olives or olive juice. Yummy!
  • I recently read that ab crunches won't help that situation. They said to do more cardio. See this article: http://health.msn.com/weight-loss/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100227986 I thought it was interesting.
  • So last night I finally went though my closet. This isn't the first time I went though and flug stuff, but it was great to finally get rid of the "fat pants". I've been waiting to get rid of a certain pair of pants that I can remember purchasing that were a little sung in the waist. Now, they are obviously way to big. Even…

  • How about a Harley: Tough with a cool attitude. And they sort of memorize you with their looks and sound. I certainly can't keep my eyes off of one!
  • I remember Mac and Cheese and Mrs. Grass soup. We would always fight who got to put the egg in. Great stuff!
  • Anyone know of a good piece of exercise equipment to purchase? Something that won't break the bank...maybe $300 or less and something that I can get at any sporting goods store. I've been looking at elipticals, recumbrant bikes, treadmills. I just don't know where to start. In the summer I started bicycling outside and…
  • I know if you go to www.kraftfoods.com they have quite a few recipes that are low cal and good for you. They do offer the caloire, fat, etc info. and you can always substitute fat free items for many of the ingredients. Go to the Healthy Living Tab, then on the left they have a little search option.
  • I keep water next to me all day. So instead of grabbing food I grab the water! More I drink, more full I feel. Also, fruit are great snacks!
  • Welcome ida! Sounds like your trying to get on the right track. If you have only 272 calories left by the end of lunch it sounds like your eating way to much for breakfast and lunch. What I do is for breakfast I have a Slim Fast Shake and some fruit around 10am (cuts the cravings down). Then lunch I try to keep it to maybe…

  • Hey apojones. "ya der hey" is a longer version of "yes". I've been to Oklahoma before for a wedding were they had a very southern accent. It was funny for all of us to listen to each other and there were a few times where we would look at each other and be like, "what did you say?". I can see that it's very easy to pick up…
  • Green Bay, WI!!! Yes I am a cheesehead and I do like the Packers. But we don't eat as much cheese as most think and I do say things like 'ya der hey' :-)
  • Hey, I'm Kristin, 25yrs, would like to loose 20lbs. I've been dieting for months but haven't really tried until about a month ago, I'm down 5lbs already...Yea! I have a desk job and I've been trying to study as well for a state exam at the same time. So I know part of my problem is that I just need to get out and exercise.…
