I've been receiving them since the company first started delivering in US. I used to get them weekly (I think) but i've changed it to monthly or less. they're ok... certain things are better than others... it seems like they send me the same thing (that I don't want) often even though I've marked my preferences online.

Maybe you need a larger lunch? What kind of soup are you having?

i've been wondering this, too. i chose a goal weight that i've been at in the last 4-5 yrs (although not through the healthiest methods). It would also put me at the top of the healthy BMI level and I don't think it will be insanely difficult to maintain. But, I'm wondering if maybe I should lose another 5-10 after that...…

Things that I know I can't just have one serving of (ice cream, oreos, chocolate, etc.) I've just stopped buying. In place of ice cream, I might buy popsicles (luna pops cookies and cream is amazing!) and stock up on fresh fruits. when i have a fridge full of healthy groceries that i paid for, i'd feel bad if they just…

I was up 2lbs during TOM - it's normal and it'll most likely be off again afterwards. I just try not to weigh that week!

probably every other day to every three days. it keeps me accountable!

No, but I think I was ridiculously sick from eating a whole ribeye myself after not having steak for awhile.
-
would love to know, also

dropping just 8lbs really helped my love handles. if you can get a kettlebell, there are tons of lovehandle workouts on pinterest that i think really helped me to firm up.

i think you definitely should try gels. i use shot bloks or GU. if i don't, i bonk around mile 8. start before mile 10.

BF said he is starting to see leg definition.

i might consider it a binge. were you still hungry? or did you feel full but yet you just kept eating anyway?
-
probably protein as well.

i have some lulu pieces but also costco (that stuff is so cheap and decent quality) and nike and reebok outlets.

fruitare strawberry bars - 60 calories and good portion size.

my current goal (145) is a weight that I felt comfortable at 4ish years ago and that i think i can maintain. once i get there, i'll re-evaluate and see if there is more work to be done. it feels less daunting to just say, "i need to lose 24 lbs" rather than some number that i've never been at before.

another brooks fanatic... i found my current pair at nordstrom rack for $65.

i definitely try to eat less processed stuff the majority of the time and the rest of the stuff a minority of the time. that has to do with me not just wanting to be thin, but healthy (i.e. i know 100 cal of veggies is better for me than 100 cal of cookies).

99% of my meals are meat free but they're nothing special, just easy, simple recipes.

Oh yes, i understand! there are tons of treats in my office plus many good places around the office.

i have done two with a week in between. i think you will be fine since you've been training - the hardest part will probably be mental!

mine is $70/month

it IS helping me bc I don't get enough protein otherwise and that makes me have all sorts of cravings.

nachos pizza pasta

I definitely feel snacky and have cravings when I don't get enough protein. A protein shake in the a.m. (protein powder, almond milk, fruit) helps me with this.

i've tried them and they tasted like sawdust, but those that like them seem to really love them.

i eat the morningstar spicy black bean and quinoa burgers often for lunch. they're so easy, pretty cheap and portable so it makes sense to keep a package at work along with a package of sandwich thins to have in a jam. i didn't quit eating meat because i didn't like it, but more for ethical reasons. I do think it would be…

i am the same as you - rarely eat meat, but do have it on occassion. i love greek yogurt so i have that daily. also, almond milk with added protein and fiber. peanut butter (in moderation since its high in calories). veggie burgers with a slice of cheese. tempeh. i don't love tofu but i just bought some and am going to…

Juicing is great for adding extra vitamins when you need them. Whenever someone around me is sick, I break out the juicer to make a daily juice and have never caught their illness. But, its not good for permanent weight loss and shouldn't be used as such. I've done juice cleanses, etc. - you gain the weight back…

Tracking via MFP. Once i saw how many calories were in certain things and how everything added up, it became a lot easier to say yes and no to certain foods.
