Ohhhh you are a snarky one. lol Every week there is a goal, for example, complete 200 minutes of cardio and 90 of strength. The participants get points for finishing their goals. The district with the most points wins the week and gets to pick a punishment exercise for the next week, like 5 planks a day. Make more sense…

I am going to do my best to get in the totals. So far I have 95 in strength and 30 in cardio. I have strength again tonight. It is very hard to do so much cardio when my main focus is lifting. Hi there! I heavy lift 3 times a week with 2 days of cardio. I squat around 120 for low reps, 80 for high. DLs are 120 for low and 100 for high. I am puny with benchpress as I can only do around 60 lbs. Feel free to add me. :)
