Thanks for the info on sleep mode, was horrified to see today that my sleep pattern is awful. Out of 8.5 hours in bed I only slept for 5 and a half hours and woke 14 times. I got my FitBit Ultra only today but so far am hugely impressed, just a bit puzzled about recording sleeps, can anybody give me the correct way to set it. Have also ordered Withings Scales too. MFP for me has been miraculous!

I just weighed out 190 g into an average/ large cereal bowl and the bowl was full to the brim, it looked like a huge portion with no room for milk.

Just leaving to go and buy a Reebok Stepper, at least I can burn some calories while watching TV, anyone used one and had success? ( it is also easily hideable under the couch ;)

Thanks for that, I just worked out how to open my diary, but looking back on the days I am truly embarrassed at the number of snacks I eat! Also I don't always fill in all the nutrition bits and just put in quick cals. Will seriously take a look at some sort of exercise too, I do eat some vegetables, maybe I ought to make…
