Have you ever met any famous people/ celebrities?

I met the most recent season's winner of the show Top Shot - Dustin. He's from Texas and grew up in the town where I work. He came to his grandfather's church and we all watched the show right before the season finale together (he didn't peep a word about being the winner & we all found out the next week on the finale episode) and did a meet and greet. He's a wonderful guy!

I've met:
Bill Murray, he eats at a restaraunt that my family has gone to forever
Robert Redford at the same place
Tony Hawk and Travis from Blink 182 on multiple occasions because we used to live down the road from them
Mark and Tom from Blink 182 as well, I walked in to Mark and fell down in the mall

Woody Harrelson - one of my sorority sisters hooked up with him! LOL He was at a bar in our college town.

Chris Tucker - oddly enough, at Target. He was shopping for CDs.

I met Woody Harrelson too! I was an extra in the movie The Cowboy Way (which was filmed just a few hours from where I live) and when we went to pick up our passes to wear on the set, he was there. He's kinda a jerk. I also met Keifer Sutherland (he was in the movie too)... again, he was a jerk as well. Well I was only 8 years old, but they both seemed really irritated that they had to sign autographs.

I also met Patrick Swayze (RIP)... he had a ranch in northern NM and we saw him at the state fair's Arabian Horse show. He was kinda a jerk too.

I also met (and had them sign my shirt right near my boob area) The Dresden Dolls. Such cool people!

My friends met Johnny Knoxville just a few months ago. He was at a bar in Albuquerque and they bought him shots all night! I wish I would have been there. They said he was just a cool guy!

Some actors/actresses doing stage/Broadway work. My parents would let me stand outside and wait for them so I could get their autograph. Ralph Macchio, Cloris Leachman, Faye Dunaway

Cyndi Lauper - she was at a "cassette tape" signing. YES, cassette tapes!!! LOL. She was freakin' awesome!

Oh, and V.P. Joe Biden (what an older distinguished hottie) :blushing:

And I'm friends with some guy who was a "playgirl" model once. Not sure if that counts!!!! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :blushing:

I've only ever liked...locked eyes with her at a show. I met Brian before a show when he came up and asked when they opened up the floor in front of the seats and what songs would be good to play now that there was standing room (it was a venue with seats so they assumed itd be a slow songs show)

We have gone camping with Justin Bieber and his mother Pattie:)

There's a bunch of rockabilly/psychobilly bands that I've met too:

The Koffin Kats (Zac Victor is gorgeous but really short) we had drinks with them before their show
The Horrorpops (Patricia Day has gotten really chubby)
12 Step Rebels (they are from Albuquerque)

I am going to a Social Distortion show at the end of this month and really want to meet Mike Ness. OMG, he's insanely gorgeous.

Oh, and my brother in law met Christian Bale after they wrapped filming Termination Salvation near Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. They had a special screening of the movie for men and women in the military. He's apparently a douce bag. And really short! He looks ridiculous in the picture because my brother in law is so much taller than him (and he's not that tall either).

As a kid, my parents used to throw dinner parties. Once or twice, my Dad's friend showed up with his date... who turned out to be Loretta Devine ( She played in, 'Waiting to Exhale', 'For Colored Girls'... a bunch of different movies. Also, she's voice acted in some shows and movies). I was about 5 or 6 when I met her, and don't remember too much about her since kids were forced to stay in the back room while the adults did their thing.

No one probably remembers this guy, but as a child, I got the chance to meet the man who played 'Grady' on the show Sanford & Son...Again.. I was young.

I got to have lunch with Ossie Davis. Awesome!!!! Also met Antonio Fargas, Yolanda King (daughter of MLK, now deceased), Atallah Shabazz (daughter of Malcolm X), and got to hang out in BB King's dressing room after going to show. James Reynolds (Abe Carver on Days of Our Lives), and the rap group Onyx. KC and JoJo (they were WASTED, and NOT on chocolate).

i've met a lot of celebrities. my job deals with them a lot. I've met Jason Lee from mallrats and 'my name is earl', partied with rob dyrdek from rob & big, met drama from rob & big, trishelle from the las vegas season of the real world, stevie wonder (when i was younger) and a ton of professional skateboarders and snowboarders.

I've only met a bunch of smaller bands, some of them bigger than others, but nothing stands out terribly. Bands like Underoath, Spill Canvas, Motion City Soundtrack dudes, RX Bandits, etc.

The only time I have ever really felt star struck was when I met Tomahawk Tassels who is an amazing burlesque dancer! She was the sweetest thing and so kind. I was just melting inside.

Other than that I can only hope that camping out at the usual bar Josh Hartnett attends will prove worthwhile someday.

That and hopefully meet Prince randomly (he lives nearby).

And I am dreaming that someday I will be able to squish Zooey until her beautiful blue eyes pop out, well not that hard, but close.
