I had eggs for lunch and going to have fish for dinner. I try and make it a rule to not eat meat every Friday, not just during lent!

I'd much rather eat some actual food with the same calorie content than have a shake with the content. As my mouth and brain is more satisfied. But if you want to go cold turkey to cut back your calories it could work - not the most balance diet though.

That's crazier than the British law we have that states a Pregnant Lady can ask a Police Officer to Pee in his hat and he has to oblige (It's a Victorian Law that was never changed).

I love the M&S ones, bit pricey and cheaper to make them at home, but if I'm on the go, very quick and easy!

I only exercise in the mornings on the weekend, and my morning usually starts around 10am on the weekend - I also know that if I don't get my exercise done in the morning on the weekends it never gets done. I'm too lazy to wake up an go to the gym before work, I'd rather work out in the evening and have an extra hour sleep…

That's the best part!!!! Going into shop dressing rooms and trying all the new smaller clothes and just admiring your thinner self in the mirror!!! Love it :) I go do that every time I've dropped 10lbs :)

You can't do this in England in my store, you'll end up buying Fruit (which is fine), milk / milkshakes / butter / Fresh meats (which is fine) Fresh Bakery / Crisps / alcohol / chocolate! This is why I love the aisles!!!!

I have very similar problems, but luckily I don't get it from my boyfriend, just most of my friends (well ex friends) One look, one comment and it ruins my day, then I emotionally turn to food, then I beat myself up for turning to food. It's entirely up to you - I eat some back but not all the time as the more I exercised the less hungry I became!

I've cut out bread and pasta, but still have rice and potatoes, so not cut out carbs all together. I've also cute out cakes / biscuits / chocolate etc and will limit them to very special occasions, family members birthday / Easter / Christmas etc. Sweet things, bread and pasta are my biggest weaknesses!

I grew up in Berkshire!!!! I'm hoping to climb Snowdon in the summer over a weekend, then maybe do Ben Nevis after that...lets see how Snowdon goes first!!!

I do this all the time! I have a goal play suit that I want to fit into by the start of May, it's a UK size 16 and even thought I'm a size 16 / 14 on top it just doesn't fit around my hips, so I'll be working towards slimming my hips and legs down as much as I can by the start of November for it!
