I have been looking into getting the Nutribullet myself. I think it looks like a God send. Can you use it for just your regular protein smoothies as well?? Either way, I'm getting it. It's a simple way to get in a good amount of fruits and veggies, which we all need. :drinker:

I use chocolate or vanilla whey protein for all of my smoothies. I usually throw in a banana, peanut butter, flax seeds or chia seeds, raw spinach (can't even taste it). But umm, I do eat carbs. Love em actually. It's all about moderation folks, moderation, macronutrients, etc..... You eat bad and dont exercise, you'll look and feel bad, you eat healthy and workout, you'll look and feel AWESOME!! The end.

I found this idea on youtube too and thought I'd try it, it turned out AWESOME and I love it so I'm digging through all my old shirts and am gonna make more, they make cute workout shirts too!! My 8 year old daughter loved it so much she wants me to make her one too now! :happy:

All of my suggestions have already been posted, but def agree with the boiled eggs, (love em!) couldn't live without my protein powder (chocolate), fish, greek yogurt, almond milk (every day), FRUIT!!!! Spinach and romaine lettuce for my salads, Water, water, water!
