weightlifters....full body workouts or 1 body part per day?
Just curious as to what works for everyone else that lifts. Do you do a different body part each day or do you do full body? When I started strength training, I would do 1 or 2 body parts per workout, Monday= chest and tris, Tuesday= shoulders, etc. etc.... But lately I've been looking into doing full body workouts…

WARRIOR DASH PREPARATION
So, this is my first 5k/marathon/dash, anything like this that I've ever done!! I'm signed up to do one in August and I'm pretty excited about it. Just wondering if anybody's done the Warrior Dash before and any tips on training for it? Preciate it!!! :bigsmile:

Question for my fellow runners. I'm still a beginner to this running and my boyfriend used to be a track star. He's started running with me in a walk/jog and told me that he's always been told for years that you're supposed to land on your toe first when running, instead of landing on heel. How can I lower my sugar intake????
