I try to think of the big picture; whether it's how I wanna look, how I wanna feel, my health, my family. It is NOT always easy trust me i know sometimes those cravings are KILLER!!! But the more you work on the emotional/mental part, it tends to help...

I hear ya hunny I've had the same problem many times I've tried inviting friends/family to the gym, to my house, to walk around the neighborhood, and there's ALWAYS an excuse. Or they may do it once or twice with me and then that's it. I still keep going though, because yes, you have to do it for YOU. It's just upsetting…

I have the app on my Droid as well and love how convenient it is too just log in everything at the touch of a fingertip. And I just discovered the scanner on it yesterday so I was having ALOT of fun with that, my boyfriend was cracking up but that thing was fun! LOL
