  • I love, love LOVE "Just Dance 3!" It's super fun and a GREAT cardio workout, I played it the other day for about 50 mins, (I didn't consider a workout because it's so fun) But i burned 570 calories. I think it's a great game, I also have Wii Fit Plus but like they said previously, I wouldn't use it as your only workout…

  • YES!!!! You look absolutely wonderful!! Congrats to you! BBL is an awesome workout and so is P90X I haven't finished either program because I too get bored EASILY so I'm always switching up between workout DVD's =) High 5!!!
  • yeah i agree, you DEFINITELY need a HRM to keep track, otherwise it won't be too accurate. I did Brazil Butt Lift "Bum Bum" this morning and burned 309 cals, but it does vary. Good luck and have fun! =)
  • I go off of my HRM, then just create a new exercise under cardio, "Brazil Butt Lift", and yes it is a GREAT lower body workout, the ab workout is awesome too!! Good luck!
