November 1st - All Saint's day!

Due to pharyngitis, then bronchitis, then walking pneumonia, over the fall months, I've been MIA. Well, now that I'm well, I'm back on the pavement. Here's what I did: Sunday - ran 2 hilly miles Monday - rest Tuesday - ran 3 miles Wed - ran 3 miles Thurs - rest Fri - ran 3.2 miles Sat - ran 4 miles total for week: 15.2…

My favorite race adventure was the Warrior Dash, in Warrior, AL. It rained on and off the whole way, so it was extremely MUDDY which made it all the more fun!

Thursday-walked 2 miles Total: 11.5 miles On Wednesday, I did something to my right knee, so I thought I'd just go for a walk on Thursday. Not a great idea. I've had it elevated and icing since. Hope to get out there tomorrow if it is feeling better. I'm horrified of injurying it worse!
