    Sunday: 2.30 mile run
    Monday: 3.03 mile walk home from work.
    Thursday: 6.92 mile walking
    Saturday: 2.52 mile run

    Total: 14.77 miles

    bah. close enough!

    SUN: Watched BF's daughter's Fast Pitch team become State Champs - No workout for me.
    MON: 2.33mi run + 1.27mi lunch walk (took advantage of break in the heat! was still 85F, tho)
    13.07mi cycle (roads&hills)
    TUE: 1.25mi lunchsweat (90F at lunchtime) + 4.05mi after-dinner power walk
    WED: 2.03mi morning quickie
    THU: 4.00mi run
    FRI: nada
    SAT: 3.17mi - GLOW RUN KC: My Official time: 33:51.7, Overall Place: 2089/4840, Age Place: 88/293 - not quite my best time that I made at Stars & Stripes on the 4th, but is my best OFFICIAL time (I wasn't a registered runner at S&S)

    18.10mi ~ Run/Walk/Crawl
    13.07mi ~ Cycling
    31.17mi ~ Total Miles

    Sunday - 3 miles jogging & 2 miles walking
    Monday - 1.5 miles walking
    Tuesday - 3 miles walking & 1 mile jogging
    Wednesday - 3.5 miles walking
    Thursday - 2 miles jogging & 3 miles walking
    Friday - 6 miles walking
    Saturday - 1.2 miles jogging & 5 miles walking (though this was at a slow pace)

    Total for the week - 31.2 miles

    Congrats! Very nice miles :smile:
    This has been my biggest weekly total so far, next week I think I will just count my jogging miles to see how far I can push it

    I am so sorry I haven't posted much this week. I was walking/running, but I didn't have much time to post. So here's my reca-

    Sunday - 0
    Monday - 1.64 miles
    Tuesday - 4 miles
    Wednesday - 0
    Thursday - 0 ( :heart: Anniversary :heart: )
    Friday - 3.07 miles
    Saturday - 2.29 miles

    Total = 10.9 miles

    Week Total: 76,245 / 70,000 steps.

    Miles: 34.22 / 35.

    0.78 miles of my 35 mile goal, but i am still quite happy with that! I got 5 hard gym sessions in too, as well as working so i did well last week. I am not sleeping so I am amazed i did what i did. WIll just have to see what this week brings... x

    Sun - Elliptical (7000 strides) - 5.25 km <check> :drinker:
    Mon - Elliptical (4500 strides) - 3.4 km :ohwell: 2.6 km (3500 strides)
    Tue - Swimming - 1 km....:cry: nada
    Wed - Elliptical (4500 strides) - 3.4 km......:ohwell: 2.25 km (3000 strides)
    Thur - Elliptical (4500 strides) - 3.4 km
    Fri - Elliptical (4500 strides) - 3.4 km
    Sat - May be rest day

    Monday: 2.0 miles hiking :) & 1.0 miles of walking that I don't normail do at work :)
    Tuesday 1.5 miles
    Wenesday 1.5 miles :)
