SUN: Watched BF's daughter's Fast Pitch team become State Champs - No workout for me.
MON: 2.33mi run + 1.27mi lunch walk (took advantage of break in the heat! was still 85F, tho)

SAT: 3.17mi - GLOW RUN KC: My Official time: 33:51.7, Overall Place: 2089/4840, Age Place: 88/293 - not quite my best time that I made at Stars & Stripes on the 4th, but is my best OFFICIAL time (I wasn't a registered runner at S&S)

0.78 miles of my 35 mile goal, but i am still quite happy with that! I got 5 hard gym sessions in too, as well as working so i did well last week. I am not sleeping so I am amazed i did what i did. WIll just have to see what this week brings... x0 -
