I am also an "again-er." I have technically been back for 190 days with a little slacking in the diet and fitness area lately. This week, I have refocused my attention and joined a gym. More support would be awesome for me as well. Sending a friend request.

You can do all kinds of exercise at home using videos from YouTube. You can walk or jog/run around your neighborhood. You can create your own bodyweight interval. You have a lot of options available that are free of charge. Just pick one, try it, and keep doing it. :)

That is awesome! Congrats! You're dedication and hard work are paying off.

Today, I am comfortably wearing a pair of shorts that I found at the bottom of a stack in my closet. The last time I had them on, they rolled down my squishy middle when I sat and the legs rolled up because there was too much me to contain properly. When I saw them this morning, I had that instant flashback to how…

I am still wearing the same clothes despite having lost roughly 44 pounds. I must say, though, that they actually FIT my body now. I used to have really bad muffin top and actually hurt from being squeezed into my pants. Now they pull on easily, button and zip without torture, and I can breathe and be comfy in them. I am…

Mrs. Sue, you just summed it all up eloquently. I love reading your posts and watching your journey. I bought my ticket as well. Every single morning, I get a fresh start. It is up to me and me alone. I choose how, when, and what to fuel my body with as well as finding those opportunities to push myself from an exercise…

I think not as I am a 44 year old college senior set to graduate in the coming Spring. Education is one thing that no one can ever take away from you, and the benefits of attendance reach far beyond academics. Just do it!

I am not exactly a runner YET, but I am working my way toward it! I am using Active.com's Couch to 5k app and yesterday completed week 5 day 1 intervals. I love the way the program eases me into running. I surprise myself every time! A few things I have learned along the way: 1. properly fitted shoes are a must 2.…

I have seen a bit a progress, but still have a lot to lose. I log everyday, eat anything I want as long as it fits in my calorie goal, exercise often, and keep a positive outlook. I did not pile this lard onto my body overnight and I will have to work hard to get it melted away. I focus on reteaching myself to see food as…

I am a daily logger, working every day at changing my life by choosing healthy options and finding ways to increase my physical activity. I have made some decent progress, but have a long ways to go. I am an upbeat, positive person and would love to have more like-minded friends. Best of luck to you on your weight loss…

I am roughly 40 pounds down and still in the same size. BUT... they fit me now! I am not squeezed in, praying the buttons and zippers hold, all muffin-topping out of them so I call it a positive change. I am thinking in another 10-20 pounds, I will finally be ready to go down a size. Fingers crossed! All of this hard work…

Setting up ten pound goals with a reward system is a great start! I am here for the long haul as well. Sending you a friend request.

I am currently down 32 pounds and have 73-ish to go before I hit my potential goal weight. I am a daily logger and would love to make new friends with similar goals. Best of luck to you in your journey!

I have over 100 pounds to lose, but I just can't look at that number on my ticker yet. I have set my goal for about the midway point. I would love to have supportive and active friends on here to help along the way. I am a very positive thinker and will do my best to encourage those who have similar goals and are committed…
