Hi everyone

I joined ages ago but never got around to using site but a friend has encouraged me over the past few days so I thought I would give it a proper go

I have about 200 lbs to lose so in for a Long Haul

Baby steps 10 lbs targets and each time I reach it I can have a treat NON food of course

God is able all I have to do is follow His guidance (not so good at it)

    You have taken the first step...good for you! I lost 108 lbs in 2 years and I feel so much better now. You can do this! Add me and I'll cheer you on along the way!!!

    10 lb targets are great goals. Remember to do something nice for yourself when you reach each small goal. It does not have to be major or expensive just do something nice.
