  • I'd love to join! I am new to this way of eating and I am currently traveling with my family in our RV so I don't have a scale (maybe that is a good thing?). So, I will keep my goals simple: log every day and eat less than 50 g carb per day. I will also hope my measuring tape shows progress at the end of the month.

  • I am on my second Whole30 (first one in January). I find it so much easier this time around and I feel so good.   • I just now got Day 2 in. I started late and will "only" do 30DS 3 or 4 days a week with my other fitness goals. Man this is tough for me! All I can say is I am super proud that I just got up and did it even before my morning cup of coffee. It is great to be able to check in with you guys!

  • Yes, the bar is not wide enough to fit the squat rack at my gym. That is why I have been using dumbbells. It won't be too long until I work my way up at least.
  • I went to Bodypump twice this month and was shocked to burn over 500 calories each time! I will say both times the instructors elongated the class to 70 minutes. I am switching to Stronglifts though because I want to focus more on strength.
