I'm mostly meso, but also ecto: my basic shape is rather rectangular, my hair grows super fast and I have tons of it and I suffer greatly in extreme weather :-) Very interesting info!

When I feel like I'm in a slump, I go read some success stories and get inspired! If there's one very important lesson I have learned on mfp, it's this: Anything is possible!! Even a six-pack after having 5 children! (I'm almost there!) Man, if I can do it, YOU definitely can!:bigsmile:

Others have given great tips to help out! ST is really important, but so is cardio. Toning comes from challenging your muscles... lift heavier weights and for your tummy area, try doing sit-ups with a medicine ball! I have had incredible results so far by adding this to my routine! Good luck!

Perhaps you need a workout buddy? Or maybe you could stick a fitness calendar on your refrigerator with a goal for each day: walk 20 minutes + 10 sit-ups + 3 push-ups (adapt it to your current capacities with progressive challenges to keep you motivated). Good luck! :-D
