  • Go for the fresh, natural food. Like fresh fruits, steemed veggies, fresh meat with no sauces, no dressing on salads.. If you choose processed food, even if you don't add salt, you will mostly eat a ton of it.
  • Choose colorful food. if your plate is filled with beige or brown food, you're probably not eating right. Go for the salad bar, grilled chicken, oatmeal, fresh fruits, yogourt, i'm sure there is at least some healthy possibilities.
  • A huge salad with hard boiled egg and no dressing. Just avoid avocados, potatoes or corn since they ae high in calories. You can pretty much eat as much veggies as you want. Or a vegetables soup.

  • Yes i can eat nuts, i will try and incorporate that in my diet. I didn't know they made dairy like stuff with coconut milk, sounds really good, i will look for that at my grocery store. thanks !
  • I don 't know if you like soup, but it helps to fight hunger since there's a lot of liquid in it and it fills your stomach giving you the impression you're full without the extra calories.
  • I get cravings before and during my PMS. i usually go for chocolate or junk food. Can't help myself. Pretty sure a yogourt wouldn't satisfy me but i'll give it a try :) thanks for sharing
  • This is such a great topic !! It's like i'm not allowed to say i need to toned up or loose 10 pounds. So i shut up about it and i go on MFP. I pretty much gave up on sharing this part of my life with my family, friends and colleagues.
