I've got 40 to lose, so yeah

Same boat. Gained my weight back after losing it. Starting over. Feel free to add me.

Definitely understand! I hit 27 and got complacent and gained a ton of weight. I dropped 25lbs in the last 18 months and am working on the last 7lbs to 10lbs now before I'm back to what I was in college. Feel free to add me.

Same thing bud. Back after a couple of months off the wagon and old friends jumped ship. Feel free to add me.

Somewhat similar. I got back from my last tour (Army) and enjoyed all the wonderful food I didn't have overseas and quit working out as hard. I looked down at the scale and realized I had gained 35 pounds since being home. Trying to get back to what I was a year ago.

Don't sweat it man. Even the best have off days. Sometimes I'll run 5 miles one day and then two days later I can barely get through 2 miles at the same speed (sometimes for mental reasons, and sometimes physical). Just because you have an off day isn't a reason to beat yourself up. If it's not an off day, and you keep…
