I love this program! I am on Day 6 of Round 2. Stick with it!! I lost almost 12 pounds for my first round. Make sure you use your containers - even when you think you have it all figured out, I found myself sneaking "extras" in there. I went back to the containers to keep it more strict.

Is this week crawling by or is it just me? I pledge to do 50+ squats!! So for today: Ran 1.5 miles Climbed 3 flights of stairs Need to do more!!!

Thanks for the welcome! I ran 2 miles at the gym this morning along with some abs... but I've been mostly sitting at my desk all day!! I will participate tomorrow!

New to the group! I put on quite a few pounds in the last year and a half and it's time to get rid of them!! 20 would be a great number so I look forward to the support of this group.
