Back it up by trying something new today. Not sure what yet but something with my triceps.
225 push ups
75 bicep curls
10 pistols each leg..
75 side to side twists. Its like your grabbing door knockers in the air and twist side to side.

Hey Guys, took my final vaction day for 2013 yesterday. I ran a half marathon on Sudqay and did manage to hit the gym yesterday and this am.

Welcome Kitt! We don't really have any set "rules". Most people seem to post after they do a set or every few hours, whatever works for you.

Today I got in a 10 minute walk to a parent-teacher conference, and then I jogged back home. I've decided that I'd rather shlep a weighted backpack than jog.
So kudos to you joggers. I really don't know how.you.do.it!!0 -
Yesterday was a crazy day at the office and at home. Today is not much better. I did get in a 40 minute walk over lunch time but that's all I'll have time for today. Very much behind the Advent Calendar boys and my Burpee Challenge.0
