Back it up by trying something new today. Not sure what yet but something with my triceps.

225 push ups
75 bicep curls
10 pistols each leg..
75 side to side twists. Its like your grabbing door knockers in the air and twist side to side.

    Hey Guys, took my final vaction day for 2013 yesterday. I ran a half marathon on Sudqay and did manage to hit the gym yesterday and this am.

    15 squats
    7 pushups
    7852 steps
    1 flight
    34 oz h2o

    Welcome, thats not me in the picture.
    I use a running total and post about 5 different times during the day..
    This is what I have done so far
    800 push ups
    125 bicep curls 8#
    100 side twists
    10 pistol squats each leg.

    Welcome Kitt! We don't really have any set "rules". Most people seem to post after they do a set or every few hours, whatever works for you.

    Welcome Kitt6katt!! I post as I do things, and keep a running total sometimes.

    Today I got in a 10 minute walk to a parent-teacher conference, and then I jogged back home. I've decided that I'd rather shlep a weighted backpack than jog. ;)

    So kudos to you joggers. I really don't know how.you.do.it!!

    Yesterday was a crazy day at the office and at home. Today is not much better. I did get in a 40 minute walk over lunch time but that's all I'll have time for today. Very much behind the Advent Calendar boys and my Burpee Challenge.

    Hello kitt6katt!! Yea, pretty much what the others have said. Post as you go. Keep yourself accountable. Sometimes i'll post the workout before i do it so i have to actually do what i wrote. Like right now.

    Verd do what you can.. 40 minute walk is great.
    Panda was going to have to do burpees and those russian twists tonite in insanity but its snowing
    like crazy here in Connecticut.. I will use this as a night off.

    Might get one more set in before I sign off for the day..
