I did it!! I went for 1.5hrs ...it was "leg day" and im proud to say I feel it today! I even had to cut my run a little short because I felt sore. Lol what a beginner. ..but it wasn't terrible. ...it wasnt easy but ill get there :) thanks everyone! !

I use my crockpot like 4x a week-this is favorite because you can use meat for anything http://www.skinnytaste.com/2013/01/crock-pot-picadillo.html I had it in zucchini boats recently, over rice, with plaintains or by itself this website has some really great ones

I love doing crockpot freezer meals! easiest maybe shredded chicken or like skinnytaste picadillo is delicious and I cook it prior to freezing so I can pull it out for my lunches(good on rice, quesadillas-yesterday I had them in a zucchini boat) soups are always yummy for me-its still really cold in CT

best bbq chicken ive ever had(im usually not a fan) 1c bbq 1/4-1/2 c Italian dressing 1/4-1/2 c brown sugar worcestire sauce(im sure I spelled that wrong) I threw in crockpot....delicious I had it over a salad but my kids made sandwiches with coleslaw
