I try to be consistent no matter what. That way I can see the different patterns with my weight and eating and know what to expect.

For me binging is about control. I can go over 500 calories and not consider it a binge because I plan it (if not just the day of) and have a mental cut off (whether it is calories or a food) when that happens. If I can't stop eating even after I tell myself, "this is the last bite or cookie", then that is a binge to me.…

I eat more when I am home with the baby on a regular week than going to my families house for Christmas/vacation. I guess I eat when I am bored. So I actually lost 2 pounds but I am sure I will gain it back now that I am home (although I am trying not to)
