I would suggest yoga at home. It's cardio, tones and add meditation

As a "righty" our left side is always weaker, but clearly you are doing something right. I agree, keep it up and it will balance it self out. Once your exercising cardio and weights. The fat will melt from everywhere. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

Idk, I figure the machine are just generalizing. The only thing I put in the treadmill is my weight. I don't hold on, so it doesn't even have my heart rate

My friend and I do monthly challenges. You can do squats every day . Start at 20 and go up by 5 everyday. You can even do those in the bathroom:smile:

Have a healthy snack that is more than 2 cal. Reality is we have to teach ourselves to make healthty eating choices, even if it doesnt fit within our caloric daily intake. p.s- I always drink a hot cup of coffee w half and half and 2 splenda's #yum:smile:
