That's really fantastic, and reminds me of my own dad. I hope whoever I choose to have children with is as great as my dad is.

I'm from Nova Scotia. I myself consider it a noble career as well, but doctors seem to get all of the credit while the nurses get yelled at, etc, and do most of the work!

Nurses are so underrated here, and some of them are so grumpy. You must be fantastic, and congrats for being a favorite!

when I hold the door for someone and they dont say thank you. And when I smile at someone and they just look at you, and look away without acknowledging it in some way. A smile, a nod, anything is nice!

Congrats on your weight loss and enjoy your new piercing! Remember to take care of it :wink: I hate needles, too. But I've been pierced over 35 times, and have twelve tattoos.. it's not as bad as it seems!

Any meat product that has "mechanically separated chicken/beef/pork/turkey/whatever" meat listed in the ingredients. I just can't bring myself to eat it since I watched a video on how they separate it. Ugh. Blech! BUT. I probably eat it in stuff that I haven't read the ingredients on.

Yay another bunny! Yours is too cute, mine would never let me put her in a costume, or pick her up. She used to have a serious hernia when she was little, and we think when she would get picked up it hurt her..so she just doesnt allow it.

My grandfather was also a drunk, and abusive. I clearly remember one day we were all sitting down to dinner, having chicken nuggets. I reached for a couple more and he said "Do you REALLY think you need those?" I was probably seven or eight at the time. He's also dead now.
