Weight training won't burn fat, it will only tone the muscles. So it actually will make your thighs look bigger if you don't burn the excess thigh fat. Same goes for everything else. :]

Well, I hear that having one day a week to treat yourself to something nice will actually help you during your diet... =] I tend to yell at myself in my head, and that keeps me away, lol. dieting is something you have to fight for, riiight? xD
