I don't think anything really annoys me... Just to point something out... There are a lot of people that come from work to work out. So if they have their hair perfect and make up perfect, that may be why. But the teens, I feel do it just to flirt, lol.

Thanks everyone! I really needed to "see" it for myself. Not seeing the scale move is frustrating, but now, I am not so frustrated. New motivation. I may not wear a 2 piece suit this summer, but next summer I will!!!!!!!

OH and if your joints and muscles hurt as bad as mine did working out... Get glucosemine and fish oil and take them religiously. You will see a HUGE difference. I am doing Insanity and I rarely have muscle fatigue now.

I finally got my levels straight and Im on the right dose of medication. That is the only way I can lose weight. It doesnt come off fast either. I lose a pound a week and that is having a semi strict diet and I exercise 30-45 minutes 6 days a week. Good luck, I understand how hard it is!!

MFP had me at 1230 calories a day, I was NOT losing ANYTHING. I was working out and it just didnt work. I got my BMR caluclated for ME and I eat 1400 on a day I dont work out and on the days I do work out can eat up to 1800 and STILL lose 1-2lbs a week. Have someone that knows how to calculate your BMR do it for you and go…
