Sorry for the wait guys, my computer crashed so I can only check at work! Bummer! Anyway, I didn't lose any weight but maintained at 167. Maybe better next week, I had a few slips this week. Go REDS !

For me, I am just taking in fewer calories and making sure they are not high in refined sugars, picking the good carbs - high fiber foods. I am working out 6 days a week whether it is strength training or cardio but changing it up a bit. Everyone is different on the way their body responds. The key is higher metabolism,…

Sorry it is so late, I met a friend after work at the gym for a new pilates class! Boy I felt that burn, but it was great. My new weight is 168. I think last week I was 172...so 4 lbs lost. great job everyone!!

Hey Everyone!! I did 90 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training at the gym. My son is pushing me (he loves being my "trainer"....:wink: ) Got my water in also..... going to try to challenge myself to go to the gym at 5am before work 2 times this week. Great job everyone! Hey Guys, just getting home. Hope you all had a GREAT DAY today! I am way under my calories but I haven't done any challenges today (except the water) I will do my cardio tomorrow night after work and church, so I will check in with everyone tomorrow night. Go TEAM Go!

I lost 4 pounds, Whoo-hoo! I found paying attention to what goes in my mouth is the biggest eye opener. I was eating about 5 times what I should have, OUCH! I also got a second job waitressing to keep me busy and MOVING since my day job is a desk job (and the extra money won't hurt either!!) Go REDS!!

I like this idea because there are days that I can't get on at all since I work 2 jobs and other responsibilities! I can print and post on my desk and not get behind at least.

I just got back from 30 minutes brisk walking around the neighborhood. I will do the exercises tonight and finish my walk. Will check in then, GO REDS!!

I am on central so it is 10:30 here but I may be up for a while after my cardio work out...whoo-wee! Love the idea of the wall push ups. I am going to do 10 of those and 5 calf raises...they hurt!
