    Hi jennifun, I lost 4 lbs this week, my new weight is 183 lbs :bigsmile:
  • 218.4lbs, almost a two pound loss.

    Everyone is doing a great job on there weight loss:flowerforyou:

    I have done my 2 mile WATP and now if I can keep from stressing out cause of my kids fighting and arguing I will be doing good.
  • I weighed 155 last week and 154 this week so 1 lb.

    HI RED TEAM!

    I was sure I was going to have a weight gain this morning. But my scale was nice to me.

    Last week: 195.6
    This week: 192.6

    = 3 pound weight loss!! WOOHOO!!

    The scale reported no loss. I want to doubt the scale but I will just keep working my butt off and trying harder! Congrats to everyone!

    ah....weigh in... well my starting weight was 172 and this morning it was 171.6. my goodness. you would think that I would have lost at least 5 lbs by now. I exercise at least 4 days a week and eat mostly healthy. I have a few moments here and there. I am starting to feel better about myself though because I have been trying to make a change. I guess that is what really counts and I will have to just keep truckin! what are some tps you can all give to to up my weight loss for next week? such as a certain excersise or a .ust have food? you have all been doing a great job! also on a separate note did any of you watch the biggest loser last night? I was in tears three different times! it was the first time I have ever seen the show!

    have a good rest of the day everybody! and remember something is better then nothing! we can do this! woooooooooohooooooooo!

    Last week 224, Today 220 = 4 pound weight loss or 1.02 %

    I am so proud of everyone, you all kicked butt this week! I can't wait to see the spreadsheet!

  • Sorry it is so late, I met a friend after work at the gym for a new pilates class! Boy I felt that burn, but it was great.

    My new weight is 168. I think last week I was 172...so 4 lbs lost.

  • how is every1 losing so much weight? im still at 151. guys HELP!!
  • For me, I am just taking in fewer calories and making sure they are not high in refined sugars, picking the good carbs - high fiber foods. I am working out 6 days a week whether it is strength training or cardio but changing it up a bit.

    Everyone is different on the way their body responds. The key is higher metabolism, lower calories (or having a deficiancy in your calorie intake) but how your body responds is going to be different then mine.

    Just keep doing what you are doing and it will happen. You are doing great!
