For Tuesday: 60 minutes of exericise, met the under sodium challenge and met the leg lifts challenge (I did them in the water so I hope that counts)!

Hi everyone, Sorry I haven't been around. Life has been busy but I have been logging my food and exercise when I can. I'll try and do better with this week's challenges.

For Tuesday and Wednesday: I did 20 minutes of cardio both days but didn't reach either nutrition or exercise challenge.

For Monday: 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill, completed the exercise challenge, under calories

My updates for the weekend. Friday: Nutrition = yes, exercise challenge = yes and I did 1 mile on the treadmill Saturday: Nutriton = yes, exercise challenge = no and I did 1 mile on the treadmill Sunday: BAD day! But I did get in all my water

For yesterday: 3 miles, nutrition challenge complete and 50 crunches complete. We actually did 100 crunches in my water aerobics class, my abs are crying this morning! Friday's are a good day for rest or Sunday's would be OK too.

Sorry ladies, it's really hard for me to get online on the weekends. Friday: under calories and I did 1 mile on the treadmill Saturday: Over 10 cups of water and I did 60 minutes of yardwork Sunday: I missed the sodium goal :-( did 1 mile on the treadmill I'll try and log on more often.

I have a question about the way to tally points. I do water aerobics at least 2 times a week for an hour. I have no clue how many miles that is but I know it's a great workout.
