    I was under sodium yesterday but didnt' get any exercise in.

    Hi, ladies! Hope you're having a great day! I have some family visiting for a few days starting this evening, so I'm hoping I can still get in some workouts but it might be tough.

    Here are today's stats:
    miles = 4 (yeah!)
    under cals = yes (I still have to have dinner but have tons left so I think I'll be fine; if I go over I'll let you know).
    crunches = yes

    Not sure I have a real preference - maybe Fridays? If anyone has a strong reason for a particular rest day, please speak up, I really don't.

    For yesterday: 3 miles, nutrition challenge complete and 50 crunches complete. We actually did 100 crunches in my water aerobics class, my abs are crying this morning!

    Friday's are a good day for rest or Sunday's would be OK too.

    I'm not exactly clear on what's going on this week. It sounds like Jen changed how we tally points for exercise, have we decided on a rest day? It's getting a bit more complicated and confusing, I think.

    My updates for the weekend.

    Friday: Nutrition = yes, exercise challenge = yes and I did 1 mile on the treadmill
    Saturday: Nutriton = yes, exercise challenge = no and I did 1 mile on the treadmill
    Sunday: BAD day! But I did get in all my water

    yes for calf raises
    miles = 3

    feeling very tired today - often work from home but was gone for work all day today, couldn't make it to the gym b/c of child care plus so tired, so taking tonight off from gym. was able to walk a bit at lunch today, though.

  • Ladies our rest day this week is thursday and then we should be able to make it on sundays... so on thursday you dont have to do the challenges just drink plenty of water! thanks ladies!

    So on thursday report each glass of water you drink and if you do the nutrition part of the challenge.... we can earn up to 525pts for that day!!!

    okay, ladies, finally got to the gym tonight! felt good, but I'm t-i-r-e-d. been getting up at 6:30am when we usually sleep in until 8 - 8:30. ouch for me.
    today, 80 minutes of cardio, under sodium (if that's today nutrition challenge, I'm starting to lose track), no challenge.

    Hi, ladies. Today's cardio = 90 minutes; under carbs = yes; lunges = no (sorry).
  • Ladies dont forget that today is rest day!! We can earn up to 525 pts (thats 10 glasses of water each and all of us making the nutrition)

    For Tuesday and Wednesday: I did 20 minutes of cardio both days but didn't reach either nutrition or exercise challenge.
  • Yesterday I was under my carbs and completed 20 mins of kickboxing.
