Won't exercise for bit, I have a really bad shin splint in my left leg. If you ladies know any exercises I could do that won't mess with my shin, I appreciate it.

Hi, all, back from my trip to Chicago. Did some cardio late in the week. All days met nutrition and did not do exercise challenges. Here's my best estimate of cardio each day:
Wed: 20 min cardio = 10 points;
Thu: 20 min cardio = 10 points
Fri: 40 min cardio = 20 points
Sat: 120 min cardio = 60 points
Sun: 10 cups water
I'll be back tomorrow, hope y'all had a nice weekend!0 -

For Tuesday: 60 minutes of exericise, met the under sodium challenge and met the leg lifts challenge (I did them in the water so I hope that counts)!0
