yes, I saw the news about Andy kaufman's supposed daughter this evening.... ...interesting.. kaufman was brilliant and eccentric( I would say)...... I wonder if a person with his talent could really stay away from the lime light for so long.. Assuming he did fake his death......

I am new here and I am trying to figure out how to use the site..... I am having trouble loosing weight although I do not eat big servings of food.,, I am thinking that it iis the simple carbs that I have to eliminate... As I read your post... it appears you eat " bad" carbs and can maintain a good weight? is that so?
