Recently greatly reduced processed carbs and greatly increased healthy fats. Also make a point of spreading enough (but not too much) protein over three meals. I've been doing ballet-like Barre classes at the Y for the last 4 weeks. About 3-4 times a week. And have seen improvement. I have epically marbled cellulite-ridden legs, and I really appreciate your question and the comments here as they are giving me more great ideas!

I'm a consultant and on the road about 17 days a month. That usually means i often have a protein bar for lunch. Staying where I got free breakfast, so I saved 1/2 for lunch.
