It’s all genetics. No one will ever be the same size. What matters is how content you’ve been in life goals. If that made sense. My lower waist line was 25 and that was already at a perfect weight for my height and frame. I was 36, 25, 34. It never was achievable due to my genetics. I was at 19% body fat as well. I’m now…

You never stop. You may stop trying to lose weight, but keeping the healthy lifestyle should be forever. Yes, take breaks by all means but never end it. We started the journey to be better, don’t reverse by stopping whenever you think you should. I’ve maintained my goal for about one year until 4 months ago. I ate nonstop…

A cheat meal isn’t the end of the world. After the cheat meal, why not work out harder tomorrow or that night. Body weight fluncuates way too much everyday. Weigh yourself every 1 week max. I’m a scale slave, that’s why I know that. Also, the first few weeks are the toughest. It gets easier! I’m just back at dieting.…

Resistant bands, free weights that are light. Also, remember that lose skin needs time to recooperate. It can take years, since it was stretched out.

Slowly build the weights. I used to have them, but now they’re not very much. I’m trying to replace it with muscle. I have kids.. don’t give up! You are what you determine.

I do all around. I have leg days, with squats and deadlifts etc. I also do cardio and biceps and triceps. I'm not really familiar with the terms, but it's just the stomach area that's getting to me. It is easy to say, if you're happy with the weight, just maintain but I want to just be a little bit more lean.

A doctor didn’t really check anything except my breathing. It’s kind of *kitten* on why they would do that but it is really painful. I did light cardio yesterday but today it’s stiff and painful. The muscle relaxer killed me last night and I was itchy from it. Maybe I had an allergic reaction or maybe it was from playing…

I was thinking this. We were cool until I saw some silence and attitude.

Hey! My starting wt and measurements? I’m 5’5.5 . 169 lbs swt 35 waist Size 12 1988 Right now Same height 123.3 lbs (officially today) 26.5 waist Size 2 (sad, but going lower) I was wanting to keep size 2 because buying pants after pants is way too expensive.

Wow that’s pretty darn good advice. Ty! I will look into it and see what routine will be easier for me. Hopefully I’ll be able to do the same as you! Ty ty

I went gym 3-4x a week, 1 hour of it. I ate fairly healthy and trashy. But when I worked out I gave myself some slack cause I love fries and ice cream lol

So on an est it will take 1 year of a journey to even build muscles in the tummy area for anything to pop? Strict diet as well or can we let go once in a while 🤔😂

Ty for the replies guys. I knew it had to do something with bf. So basically I need to be 105 lbs, meaning underweight, to even start the journey to abs. I don’t think I can do that.. I want to stay at 117lbs. But hey 8 more lbs til that even comes. Yes ty. I honestly don’t know if I lost way too fast and skin hasn’t…

I don’t use deodorant. I do use toner and moisturize it. Deodorant tends to make me smelly when I sweat. It’s why I stopped using it. Just wash it real good and use toner lol worth a try If I’m lazy I use dove spray lol

I say and do the same thing. I’ve already come this far, why stop now. It gets boring and I want my life back, but I also know the healthier I am the more I can do when I go back. Also I won’t stop the training. I’m tired of this diet, is what I always say. Yet when I eat the junk I love, I feel like *kitten* sometimes.…

I’m in the same boat. I am too semi skinny fat. I think my tummy is too big, but it could be from being pregnant. I’ve searched up things saying it depends on your body type as well. I’ve been doing cardio before training because it pumps me up for the actual training. We have to cut to get the tummy part out. Which is…

How long was your journey? How long before abs appeared? How do you know when to rest? How much protein are you eating? Are you eating carbs? Do you bulk?
-
I tend to do cardio first before any weights. It makes my blood pump to get hyped before heavy things. I do it after waking up mostly, so yea... cardio wakes my body up.
-
Workout harder the next day. I have to hold accountable for my actions :(
-
Well for at home. It’s the closest we can get without the hassle. I do agree with your second comment though.
-
My diary is always over. I don’t cut out anything. I just tell myself, when I workout tomorrow add an extra 10 minutes for it. Lol!
-
First things first... calm down and take a breath. Have you ever thought they shrunk because you’re building muscle? Best thing to do is use that body composition scale. To test out body fat. To see where you actually are in your journey.
-
So did skin tighten up with 2 years mt?
-
Do you workout? It not, try it out instead of binging on boredom. If yes, awesome! Try creating videos or posts with what you do. Teach us as well while we try and help you.

Start slow with whatever you’re trying to get better at. If you’re seeking medical advice, that’s awesome. If not, plus you’re trying to recover by yourself.. like I said start slow.. everything will get better with will power. Good luck!
