Not everybody can. We sometimes are too busy to put too much effort for our bodies to be sore the next day. Especially with psychical work. They can sure consume less calories though...

Just tell them you’re going to go to a certain area. If they want to come, let them. Just work out by yourself. They’ll eventually be fine and maybe they’ll try to step up!

Without noticing it, I think I do fast. I don’t eat after 12am and tend to eat first break at work between 720-800pm.

I think 2lbs a week is too fast for skin to keep up. To avoid loose skin, heard it’s 2lbs a month max weight loss? Build that muscle mass and less body fat to see where you’ll be at with that problem

Squishy fat indeed. To get abs you need to cut out fat, sweets, carbs. Including alcohol lol.. I’m in the same boat. Squishy fat makes it look like loose skin but nope.. at the end it’s still stubborn fat. 2 lbs a month is already too fast for our skin to keep up with I guess

I think there are alternatives to this though. Tummy tucks is a major surgery and it’s the cost as well. I’ve seen skin tightening a bit better of an option but the cost is semi the same as well. Thank you everybody! The last few pounds are the hardest! Focusing on maintaining weight but keeping the work outs strong! Adding more than cardio now because my body is used to the normal work outs I’ve been doing. The lighter you get, the harder it is t lose the weight. But we a got this!!! You guys ok great too!
