Usually the scale takes a couple days to give you accurate weight. Eating for a couple days will change the scales. After doing a cleanse, it’ll become accurate again. Sometimes more lbs lost

Thank you! I still got 17 lbs to go, to get where I want. 5’5 1/2 ft tall and 135lbs atm. Starting weight 169. More than 30 lbs lost. Would love to see everybody's before and after!

Well I don’t believe in cheat days . Had a co worker do 1000 calories a day and she said once a week she’s stuff her face on that cheat day with hamburgers and fries or something worse. If you can’t find a workout buddy online, make some at the gym! Someone who you see a few times a week at least.

I’d choose inches > lbs anytime. I’m greedy, I’ll take both! 😂 It’s always best to keep diary public when asking questions so others can see as well on how you log your daily intake. Also, depends on your height and lbs. The bigger you are of course, the faster it drops. If you’re 129 then it will be a lot slower.

I tried vegetables and carbs and protein. Everything now even shakes. Night time blues are still the same tho.. starving with no appetite. Is it normal to not eat because it’s so late at night? that or maybe I miss fatty food

Same boat. I'm struggling to eat 1000! I'm losing appetite even though I'm hungry. It sucks!

I want to lose 50! Is that close enough? 163lbs with food intake and 159 early morning without water intake. 5'5 1/2 and 1200 calorie count. Going to gym before work. Would love to see someone else progress as well other than mine!

I can hardly finish half a burger anymore. Which I used to love! Desserts as well, you're satisfied with just a couple of bites now instead of gobbling it all down! MFP is amazing.

You look skinny to me, just tone and excersize to gain back the calories you ate from being outside.

Sodium sucks! Lol, but I think of it when I go over, like hey at least the scale measures also my water weight. I havent lost water weight yet so I guess it could be more of an accurate weight. Sodium just makes you weigh more ive read before, water weight.

It is great to know that the body needs time for recooperation for the skin. I was thinking if I lot weight would my skin get looe or not. Good job on the great progress!

I have the same problem. Don't worry, it's like if only I could just cut these fats off. At the situation I'm in , gym isn't a thing or excersize I can do.

Yes it will automatically recalculate it, but no also because you have to change your goals in order for it to recalculate!

I so was going to give half of it away. Everyone was full though. :( I was hungry too, you got that right. Another I prelogged it, without the rice! I think my control over rice is still so bad. Well being asiam is also that almost every food we eat needs rice! Lol.

I made it 110, so after dieting me and boyfriend agreed to buffet as a reward. Then I know the water weight goes back, so i'll still be in an under 120 range. Then i'll work harder to tone and gain muscles. :)

To help out cleanse your digestive system, try drinking a laxative tea. One of these slimming teas. Don't have to drink it everyday, but all of that heaviness will come out in th morning.
