My first actual 'before' picture when I decided I needed to make a change. 216.5 pounds. April of 2014.
This was taken today. I'm hovering around 150 pounds. I never imagined that I'd end up looking acceptable in a dress, or that I'd actually feel excited to purchase dresses.
This has got to be 2 different women.
Transformation is an understatement!14 -

Not a weight loss transformation but these photos represent 6 months of hard work including a bulk and a cut. I weigh the same in both photos, but for the last few months I've been devoting 2 hours a week to my shoulders and arms and another 2 hour session to chest and back. While the weights are still relatively heavy, they're not as heavy as I could lift, instead I'm concentrating on volume, so 5 sets of 10 with the main lifts and then 3 sets of 10 in accessories. Plus working with both barbell and dumbells to try and even out differences in strength in my arms.

186 to 155 lbs at 5'3". Still want to lose 20 more lbs but I'm def not caring about scale weight, I'm going by how I feel and building muscle! I have 5 kids! 2 grandkids and I'm 40, im ok not looking like i did at 20, what i do want is strength and to tone up. An autoimmune hypothyroid issue took me from 120 lbs to puffy 186. Work in progress!
You all look amazing!! So motivating!

I posted once on this thread previously, but I FINALLY found a full body shot from before! I wasn’t keen on taking those prior to losing 66lbs. I’m still not tbh, but it’s getting better! Before and during! 💕
