Here it is! Finally. Before and after.
SW: 217lbs (Size: 18/XXL)
GW/CW: 159lbs (Size 6/M)
How did I do it? Calorie counting. Seriously, that is all. I started working out about two months ago but it was more to improve my overall health than support my weight loss. I started this journey on 02/19/2018 and reached my goal weight on 11/03/2018. Just over six months and 58lbs down. Now to maintain it which I think will be the most difficult part! Thank goodness for MFP.

194 to 153 at 5'2". Been using myfitnesspal since 1/2/18. I gained way too much weight having 2 babies back to back. I'm now down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I'm not done yet!

Wow congrats... How much time in between both pictures?

First photos were around 157/158 (heaviest ever was around 163ish), January of this year. Currently at around 152. Lots of fitness training in between there, trying to regain lost muscle from a badly atrophied leg and just in general from taking nearly a year off from working out while dealing with my leg situation. Still have about 18-25 pounds to lose, will gauge where I want to stop when I get closer. Not on a fast track weight loss, as maintaining my fitness is still a higher priority - and I don't like being hungry LOL. Slow, steady downward trend is my #1 goal.

More of a before and during, as I’ve still got around a hundred or so lbs to go, but I’m 196.8 lbs down.
