When you can do the exercise with ease, and don't break a sweat. Change it up a little bit maybe increase intensity or alt days w different exercise

I'm in this is actually my 3rd week and this will be another added bonus to keep me motivated. Looking for friends to help keep me inspired. Will be doing my second Zumba class tomorrow. Sweating like a pig.:laugh:
