How do you know your body is gotten used to an exercise?

ok guys, how do u know ur body has getting used to an exercise?
i have bn doing BFBM(JILLIAN MICHEALS) for about 3 weeks now,i've bn doin dis and fitnessblender kettlebell for 3 weeks now... should i change dem ? as i still burn around 800~900 for both.. i luv dem both... shd i kip doing dem?

    When you can do the exercise with ease, and don't break a sweat. Change it up a little bit maybe increase intensity or alt days w different exercise
