I'm Chris...I've fallen off the wagon too many times to count. Here I am at it again rounding out week two. Week one I lost 10 lbs and I'll weigh again Monday morning. Fingers crossed. Best of luck to you all :smile:

What's amazing is that I posted about low carb and suddenly those who are against it felt the need to put in their two cents. Funny! Everyone is an expert I guess LOL

Atkins is what I follow. I usually get between 15-20 net carbs a day. I'm on day 12 and feel amazing!!! I get most of my carbs from vegetables but also from 1/2 and 1/2 and heavy cream etc...I no longer crave starches or sugars either.

I'm actually staying at or under 20 grams of Carbs each day. It seems to work for Me. I haven't actually looked at My Calorie intake but I assume it goes up and down depending on what I eat and how many fats I allow, such as butter/cream/salad dressing/mayo etc...

Congrats on the 2lb loss! I try not to be obsessed with the scale. It would drive Me nuts. I weigh on Sunday mornings. I understand the fruit part. Thank God for sugar free jello. LOL
