There's more to being honest than just being blunt. I've seen some folks here who revel in belitting others' choices or questions, just for the pleasure of it. Being sarcastic or condescending is no more helpful than being stuffed full of unicorn hearts & roses.

Quoted for the MF'ing truth. You're better off without him. It's a fact. You continue doing what you're doing, stay strong!

You make it a priority. You make all the other chores you do a priority, you simply add in gym time as one of them. You can likely find 30-45 minutes a few times a week. Get up earlier, go on weekends. Go immediately after work.

I do for ketchup and mustard, but only because I keep track of my sodium as well.

In the winter I set the temp a little cooler. My skin gets so dry if I take a hot shower during the winter months.

The stupidest thing I ever did was try diet pills when I was in college. Two weeks of that and my heart was racing all the time. My bro-in-law did Atkins for over a year, but was a big ***** the entire time. Lost over 100lbs, but put that back on, plus more when he quit.

It's possible. My shoulder is a nice, soft pillow.

Super creepy! I'm not a big horror movie fan, but I really liked The Exorcism of Emily Rose, and Poltergeist scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

I'm super touchy-feely, as in *pinches butt & runs away*

i've only just gotten into beer in the last couple of years. I haven't really found my 'niche' but I do enjoy some gimmicky stuff...

When I cook chicken in a crock pot, I add in unsalted chicken broth, bay leaves, a roughly chopped onion, smached cloves of garlic, and whole peppercorns. When it's cooked through, I drain the chicken (reservimg about 1/2 cup - 1 cup of the liquid), shred the chicken, throw it back to the hot crock pot, and add about a cup…

I'm also diabetic, but when I eat pasta, I keep it to a small amount, and load up on the protein and veggies I add to it. Stretches it out. You could try Dreamfields, but I wouldn't recommend eating more than the suggested serving...

Wow...I met an handsome, amazing guy, and married him 13 years ago, and have been overweight the entire time.

Nah, you're just reacquainting yourself with your new body :flowerforyou: After I lost 50lbs a few years ago, I couldn't stop running my hands over my hip bones, or stop admiring my thinner fingers. My wedding set I couldn't even wear for years is now too big, and actually falls off now.

looks awesome!!

Ice cream - 1/2 cup. LOL

No more than 6-7 lbs, and most of it is water weight. Once I'm over the "hump" of my cycle, any swelling goes back down.

I'm not single, and haven't been since age 20. I honestly don't know how I would even approach it. I think I would have to be friends with someone first, then go from there. Dating someone who's virtually a stranger gives me the creeps.

The Disturbed version of "Land of Confusion", complete with growls.

I hate hourglasses with wide middles.

People who talk on two phones at once (i.e., house phone and cell). People who ask ME to hold right away, when they called ME. People who don't acknowledge a greeting. Store clerks that are completely silent during the transaction, except to tell you the price. I don't need to have an in-depth convo with you, but a…

If you are feeling obsessed, you need to step away. MFP is simply a tool to use in your journey. If it's becoming something you can't get away from, it's advisable that you seek someone who who can help with obsessive disorders.

My husband and I just got phones with a texting plan last year, but I would enjoy having a readily available source of instant information that I could take with me anywhere. I'd likely never get lost again while driving. I despise talking on the phone when I'm not at work (15 years as a switchboard operator does that to…

It takes longer to say it than it would for me to eat it.

I post mostly jokes, and my friends are aware of my fertility struggles. I often comment on statuses, but not so much on food diaries, like I used to.

You're not looking hard enough. If I had a sweater, and people were tiny, both arms would be filled with the amount of fantastic people I have found here.

I called you home for dinner.

31, still working on it 6 years later.

More like bloat you up. Too much sodium to eat a lot of them. Try plain popcorn
