Hell yeah you have the right to be pissed. Take this weekend and go do something super fun, just for yourself.

I don't lock it, and he has access to it. Does he look? Probably not. Do I look at his? Nope. No need to.

The worst things are the people who try to make me feel like less of a human being because I'm overweight.

Sure, but I have to be the big spoon :blushing: Edit: wooo spooning a cat!

My female Boston hunts poop in the backyard

I have to say, I don't care how big a person is, what they look like, or how much they can do at once, I would never make fun of someone working out in a gym. It would just never occur to me. In fact, I admire that they're making the effort to get in shape.

This is the best. When you hear her car coming, stop, step off to the side, and whip out a camera. Make it obvious what you're doing. I would report it to the police though, that's just ridiculous.

I try to avoid it when I can, but I'm not a freak about it.

Condoms work great. Get the ones with spermicide. Avoid having relations during your most fertile times, keep track with an ovulation kit. There's also the option for a vascectomy. Way less invasive, costs less, and healing time is super short.

I keep track of my macros now, but I counted just carbs previously and lost 50lbs. Edit: And when I stopped caring, put 38lbs of that right back on. I think you just find what works for you, and if you don't need or want to count calories, then don't do it. I don't follow just my calories, I also try to hit my fiber &…

Depends, usually 2-3 hours spread out over 4-5 days, mostly walking on breaks at work and the occasional walk when I get home from work.

We're trying to conceive as well, have been for the last 6 years. Just finished my first round of provera and clomid, and have been on Metformin for about a year (again), to try and spark some sort of ovulation. I haven't been officially diagnosed with having PCOS, but the ob/gyn doesn't want to rule it out yet. I, too,…

Hate it. Hate sweating, hate my face getting flushed, hate working out in a gym with others around. My main exercise is walking.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes six years ago, and by sticking close to 120-150g of carbs per day, I've been able to lower my A1C to 5.3 (as of July 2). When my carbs were around 190g per day, my A1C stayed below six, but was higher, around 5.6 - 5.8.

I've seen a 637

Start small; make small adjustments every day. You got there once, you can do it again!

I recommend this. For one week, everytime you look in the mirror, look deep into your own eyes, and say "I love you". Maybe you're a safe driver. Maybe you can cook a mean omelet. Maybe you have pretty eyes. Maybe you hold the door for people behind you. Think about the things you're good at, or that are good about you,…

There's a tear in my beer, cuz I'm crying for you dear Mmm...beer tears.

Not that I can think of. Not a big fan of jazz, but it just depends on my mood.

 someone is BORED today

I make most of my own jewelry. My husband and I have the same best friend, and have for over 20 years. We call ourselves the 3 Aaaaaaaaaaaamigos! I want to be pregnant before Christmas.

Of course. I preplan for the day if we have plans to go out in the evening. I will often peruse the restaurant's menu, and work out what to order beforehand, so I can stay within my goals.

It's small, but extremely irritating. I work in on a hospital switchboard, so we take both internal and external calls. Someone calls specifically for a phone number, meaning they don't want me to transfer them, they want the actual number. I've been here a long time, so I know most of the extensions and office numbers by…

I've read that it's recommended to eat at the kitchen table, not in front of the tv (for example), because we're able to concentrate more on what we're actually eating, and aren't as distracted. When we go out with friends, we tend to linger around, chatting, after the meal. If there's still bread/chips & salsa/crackers on…

Hey, 8lbs is 8lbs! That's a gallon of milk!

I've found since cutting back on my carbs a bit, I'm not craving them as much.

Whole wheat bread uses the whole grain, so it usually has more fiber and nutrients. The first ingredient should say "whole wheat flour". Whole grain white bread is also available.

I like him chubby, I can cup his boobies better.

I buy Thomas Light Multi-grain english muffins. 100 cals, 8g of fiber, and 160mg of sodium. Delicious toasted

I'd have done the same thing  I love that guy
