  • Thanks, Ladies! Seems like the rut is contagious. That's okay. We can bust out! :) I keep forgetting that I can access these boards from my phone now. For so long, we had to use browsers and it doesn't cross my mind that I can log on to the group with the MFP app. Birthday celebrations for my son this week. The cake part…

  • Hi, Team. I wanted to check in and keep you updated. I've been MIA between the move and a couple of urgent health issues. My weight is just under what it was at my last weigh-in. Thank you for keeping my name on there, especially since the rule is deletion after two missed weeks. I'm sorry I've been gone SO much. Life…

  • Hi, Gals! Bridget, I hope you are better. Deb, good job getting back on the horse! I've been MIA myself. As most of you know, we have been moving. It's still very busy, and it has been a week and a half. I guess I'd forgotten how much moving can interrupt things for a while. We are all sore and exhausted, and have been…

  • Congratulations, Blue! Way to go, Amy, Lori and Julia!
  • Welcome, Shay!! My birthday is in September, too. Let's work together to be satisfied and proud of our progress by then! Thank you, Marcella. I will try that. :) Great work, Lori! Bridget, I'm with you. Didn't get all of my water in. Mon 9th: Fitness: 50 Squats, 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Kickbacks, 20 Calf Raises - DONE…

  • I'm sorry to report a .4 gain...but thankful it wasn't more. Here's hoping for a much better number next week. I will work hard with you in mind, Team! I love the weekly challenge!! Great setup. I really like that each day is something different, and that Sunday is for rest. My favorite part is that you incorporated both…

  • Dear Bridget, Thank you for the encouragement and especially for praying for me. That is precious to me. xo I feel better already. :)

  • Hi, Team! Hope you all are well! Doing okay here. We are getting ready to move next week, and for some reason I am all emotional. (Not like me, and I don't like it!) It's in the same town and we will have more living space, so hopefully it will be a good thing. It's a blessing because we have needed more room for a long…

  • Bridget, That sounds interesting. I'm slightly allergic to soy and pecans. Unfortunately, soy is in almost everything! If I make healthy choices, I usually do okay eating out...other than the calories and salt. The real issue for me is the pollen in the air here. It is B.A.D. Basically for everyone in the area. I've never,…

  • Thank you, Amy! Marcella, I like the idea about your name. It's funny how we can motivate ourselves. Welcome, curvygrl!! Name: Kris Short and long term goals:: Goals for this challenge: Sweat away 33 pounds and increase my monthly mileage. Also fine-tune my clean eating. I won't be tracking my calories or macros, just…

  • I like this idea. Nice and simple, support with a little competition. :) I was sick for almost all of the last challenge, so I'm looking forward to jumping in and hopefully making a lot of progress. Can't wait to see the weekly challenges! Go, Blue! Go, Red!
  • I love that idea!
  • Thank you, Sara!
  • Bridget and Amy, Do you want us to stick with teams, teams according to eating plan, or do something different?
  • Just confirmed: phoebelayla and SweeteeBri are your leaders for this round. Glad to have you ladies as our fearless leaders this time around!
  • Praying for you. You just tend to your family and your health, and the gals here will handle everything just fine, I am sure. Hugs.
  • I did percent of loss each round.
  • Let's see... We have a surprise move in two weeks (unexpected, but a good thing!), which I know has the potential to throw things off. However, my goal is to not let it toss me off course, but instead use the move for extra exercise and less time for eating. ;) I'd like to lose ten pounds, get 8+ cups of water most days…
  • I'm not sure, but I think so. I'm waiting to hear back from Christine, as soon as she gets a moment. I think she's a busy gal right now! In the meantime, thanks very much for making the spreadsheet! We can at least start logging. All the kinks will get worked out. If we can survive almost no leaders showing up (the…

  • I'm sorry for the confusion. We continue here, but I'm not sure who the leaders are. I will let you know as soon as I find out, unless Christine beats me back here first. :) In the meantime, Astraea05 made us a lovely weigh-in spreadsheet for the next round. Go ahead and sign up! :D I promise things will be nice and…
  • Coops, goodness! I hope everything gets back to the way it should be soon! I'm glad you're able to do some things. And I think you did great with the burger situation! I agree, Ladies. Well, I'm almost ready for pool season! Soon!!
  • Yeah, it can be fun to juggle it all! I'm not sure what I'm doing now... Clean eating as much as possible (generally). I can't decide if I want to track or not. As you can see from my diary, I took a break for a couple of months and logged a couple of days this past week. Logging tends to drive me to eat more, but I also…

  • Christine, I like your new picture!
  • Yes, I like the idea of every Sunday. Keeps me on track!
  • Ha, you need to get some flowers on that thing. Way to go on the 160s!!! You'll look confident and unafraid to boldly celebrate your glass of wine. People will envy you. I wanted to go away this weekend, but we usually decide to avoid the V Day crowds and wait until everyone is back to their normal lives. Happy…
  • That sounds like a lot of fun!!
  • Glad to see you, Christine! I've been sick for most of this challenge! :s How does that happen? Winter, I guess. There are so many people in this group who have shown themselves to be great leaders!! What a good bunch. (Let me know if you don't get volunteers. We will be in the middle of moving, but I am always willing to…
  • Yes, seeing things through is a challenge in itself, but not quitting is such a good goal. That alone has to bring progress!
  • Yeah, I think the restaurant food is my biggest hurdle. Even with "healthier" choices, the food is still higher cal than at home.
  • Beverley, The spreadsheet shows a 2.6lb loss for you during round 2.
