That's a great idea! Thanks for starting this. I had my labs drawn this morning. Now just waiting on the results. I have an idea of what my results will be, but I'm hoping for the best. I've been experimenting with more exercise and detailed calorie counting rather than limited carbs. I still kept an eye on my carb intake.…

I just turned forty, I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 134. After I get there, I'll see if I want to push for the 120s. My main goal is actual health, looking healthy and having a few muscles/not being too thin.

I'm sorry for my info being so late. I was finally able to access the spreadsheet and my stats are entered. Hope this is okay!

I'm so sorry about your mom. Congratulations on deciding to step out and try, even with the depression. That is hard stuff. You're an inspiration!

I did it last year. You can do it!! Just take it slow, do weeks over again if you need to. :) This will help you avoid injury and burnout. It was a little difficult to get through my first 5k, but so exhilarating!! You will be glad you did it. Keep us posted!

Still here! Just been busy and not on the website (just on my phone), so I've been unable to check in. Time for me to refocus here and on TMMO.

I do the same thing. It's high (130s) in the morning and then gets lower. As long as my diet is good, I can have readings well below 100 throughout the day. I played around with how late I was eating, what I was eating, when I took my medicine. Not much of a change. I brought this up to my dr and he dismissed the theory.…

I've found they both help each other. When we are on track with our budget, it encourages me to be successful with nutrition and exercise, and vice-versa. Getting out of debt makes me believe I can lose weight, being successful at weight loss makes me believe we can be debt-free. It's funny that it works that way.
