I use Body Fortress and the only flavor I don't like is Strawberry, but I don't like strawberry flavored anything... except actual strawberries.

I usually get too gross to lounge around in my workout clothes after I exercise. I don't even like to sit on the couch to drink my water and log my workouts when I'm done because I don't want to get my funk everywhere... I sit on the floor, log it, and hit the shower.

I don't think that will hinder you, but I'm no expert. There will probably be days that you're under and others that you're over. As long as you're properly fueling your body and you feel good, I don't think 1600 calories every now and then will hurt you.

My mom is a nurse and I've always been a regular blood donor... Those two things have given me a weird fascination with good veins. I take the time to envy people with good veins, but I don't think they make people more physically attractive.

I lost with WW, used both for a little while in maintenance, then switched to just MFP when I felt comfortable enough. I've been successful with both programs, but MFP is what fits me best now. It all boils down to what works for you and your own personal preferences. ETA: I was an WW online only member- no meetings.

In for answers. I lost about 70 lbs over a year, have been maintaining for 8 months, and my body is still changing.

It's just way too easy for me to go way over 50-100 calories without weighing anything so that definitely wouldn't work for me. If you think you can pull it off, try it and see. Worst that will happen is you'll gain and reassess your strategy.

I'm boring and typically eat the same from day to day... chips, salsa, & plain nonfat greek yogurt for dinner. When I want lower cals and just as much protein I'll make breakfast for dinner. Usually an omelet or turkey & egg sandwich.

You're doing too much math here. If you want 1/4 cup, just divide 1 by 4. Example: 1 / 4 = .25 You always take the size you're eating and divide it by the serving size given on the label. I'm a fellow cheese lover... The only "healthier" option I really turn to is the Sargento ultra thin stuff for my sandwiches and burgers. It's really not any healthier, just comes in smaller portions. Moderation. Meh. Edited because I can't type.

I do a couple large eggs (140cals), some cheese (depends), olives (maybe 20cals), and a slice of turkey (25cals).

Chips and salsa, a lighter 7 layer dip, pretzels, Special K cracker chips, popcorn, a lighter spinach dip, Hormel acutally makes a decent low cal cheese dip...
