I seem to gain and lose evenly all over. Not sure if that's good or bad considering that kinda makes my whole body a problem area. You can't spot reduce. The weight will come off where the weight wants to come off. Just be patient :flowerforyou:

Nah, the sodium might get you on the water weight front, but you shouldn't see any issues with the sugar as long as you're staying in your calorie allowance.

If you don't have a medical reason to watch your sugar, I would just ignore it.

Not usually, but I have a method... I have the BF taste it first and ask him if it's worth it. If it sucks, I win. If it's way too delicious and I won't be able to control myself, he'll probably tell me it sucks anyway so he can "take one for the team" and eat it all. Another win (for my calorie bank anyway). If you don't want to be pushy, do as another poster said and simply lead by example. Your MFP success over time might be enough to spark her interest.

As others have said, you don't need exercise to lose weight. If you absolutely can't find something you like to do, you're left with two choices... Exercise anyway or don't. It's really just a matter of personal preference and goals.

Yeah, I always forget about dehydration. That and BP sort of go hand in hand for me... I take a diuretic to control my high BP. Low BP and dehydration also feel the same to me when either occurs. Can't see OP's diary.

My guess was blood pressure when I read the title... You should definitely see a doc. In the mean time, monitor and record your BP so you'll be able to provide a log of that and your weight, food, and exercise if you're also logging those things here.

We're all different, but I lost 70+ lbs and that equated to 1 cup size for me.

Just be patient. If you're still losing, I wouldn't change a thing. To me it wasn't harder, just slower because there's less to lose.
